To have fun, think about yourself, focus on your person, it’s simple stuff to do: for example a yoga class, where you learn to control your body and your mind, where you learn to breathe. But it’s also spending time with friends, with whom you share your thoughts, or by having a walk with your family where you can spend time with your children and your loved ones, by having privileged moments and amazing activities, like this seaplane trip. It’s also by having a really intense workout, where you give everything you have and you feel happy because you tried your best and you enjoyed it. Having fun is also doing things that you care about and that you want to do before it’s too late like skydiving, swimming with dolphins, flying in the air, scuba diving or being in a cage under water to observe great white sharks. All these things make your life better, they make MY life better.
Usually, when you grow up and you become older, you decide to fulfill your dreams, the things you had planned to do for a long time. And that’s called the bucket list here in the US. You decide to treat yourself, to listen more to your desires and needs and to really enjoy life. The whole idea is to have fun and to enjoy life in accordance with your own personal desires. You can still be a epicurean, you just have to listen to yourself and to respect yourself. And today, that is what I wanted to share with you, this moment of pure happiness when I was in a seaplane. I felt so many good vibes, magical feelings. But I also enjoyed amazing views and landscapes that I already know but that I rediscovered and that I wanted to share with you.
