Most BB and CC creams are a combination of sunblock (usually Titanium dioxide and Zinc oxide),a moisturizer (ceramides,sodium hyaluronate),pigment (iron oxides) and whatever other ingredient that brand has proclaimed to have anti-ageing effects and/or whitening effects ( Arbutin).You can find a full list of ingredients on both the Missha website and the Peter Thomas Roth website.
I think if you are very concerned about having natural ingredients you might want to try the BB cream from Tarte cosmetics.It is also very nice and the company does not use parabens,mineral oil,phthalates,sodium lauryl sulfate,synthetic fragrance or triclosan.
